Mike is a lawyer who has gained extensive experience in managing trusts and fund administration companies. Besides trust and fund company management, Mike is well versed in and accustomed to dealing with trusts, fiduciary, company, compliance and tax laws in several jurisdictions. Mike regularly deals with and advises on complex trust structures and international dispute resolution. Before joining Landmark, Mike taught face-to-face courses for the STEP Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management, and he is also the international examiner for the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes. Mike holds a B.COmm LLB degree and the STEP International Diploma (with distinction).
Tim graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in history. In 2009 Tim moved to Jersey where he worked for two local independent trust companies. Tim, and his family, moved to Monaco in 2015 to work for Landmark. Tim has a Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration through ICSA and the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
Anna qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant in 1989 and thereafter worked in London and Geneva with Arthur Andersen and with PwC in France. She was responsible for the external audit of part of our operations for many years prior to assuming her role as a Client Director. Anna is Treasurer of STEP Monaco.
Susanna began her career in the trust and corporate services industry in 2007 at a Monaco-based DFM Management and joined Landmark in 2011. Susanna obtained her TEP designation 2013 and was promoted to Trust Officer in 2016.
Sophie spent 18 years working in the Isle of Man, Cyprus, London and Monaco gaining invaluable experience in the offshore financial services industry. She joined Landmark in 2012. She has a Certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration through ICSA and obtained her TEP designation in 2013.
After graduating with a degree in Politics from Newcastle University, Tom moved to Jersey to work for a local trust company. Whilst in Jersey Tom completed his STEP Certificate and ICSA Diploma and received the ‘One to Watch’ award by the local ICSA branch in 2018. Tom moved to Monaco to join Landmark in 2019.
Sylvie worked several years in Luxembourg in a fiduciary where she was involved in the process of setting up and administrating Luxembourgish companies. She started working in a Corporate Service Provider in Monaco in 1995. She worked 15 years in total within the same structure where she was involved, as a key person, in both the office management side and client oriented services. She joined Landmark in March 2020 as a Trust Assistant.
Philippe joined Landmark in 1990 and since 1994 has headed the company’s Treasury Department. Prior to joining Landmark, Philippe studied accounting, completed his military service and spent three years working in the family office of a Greek shipping magnate.
Isabelle Dalmasso has worked for Landmark for more than 30 years. She was one of the first accountants to be hired by the company and subsequently moved to the Treasury department. Isabelle’s speciality is investment performance and analysis.
After obtaining a diploma in International Business and Languages, Anna spent time teaching, working for semi-public and private companies, and then running her own company. The Monaco wealth management industry brought Anna to the next phase of her varied career, where she spent time with a private bank before joining Landmark’s Treasury team in 2014.
Tom has been working in Monaco for over ten years and joined Landmark as the Group Financial Controller in 2013. Prior to joining Landmark, Tom was a Senior Audit Manager at a Monaco practice whose clients were large family offices and shipping operations. Tom previously worked for a Big Four audit practice in the UK, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Catherine did her accounting studies in France, and thereafter worked for Bacardi-Martini and the Romanco Group in Monaco. She joined Landmark in 2002 as an accountant.
Kelly studied accounting and management in Nice, alternating her education with work experience as a junior accountant at Bettina, a luxury knitwear company in Monaco. After her exams, she joined Landmark’s accounting team.
Isabelle completed her studies in France and Monaco, specialising in accounting. She worked for a Monaco accounting office for one year prior to joining Landmark. Isabelle has been with the company since 1989 and looks after a portfolio of client accounts.
Odile has been at Landmark since 1986. She started as receptionist and quickly progressed to internal accounting, and then client accounting, where she now has a portfolio of client accounts. Odile augmented her practical experience by taking the STEP Foundation Certificate and the Advanced Certificate in Trust Administration and Accounts.
After his accounting studies, Yann started his career at a Monaco bank. He joined Landmark in 1996 and works closely with clients on their accounting requirements. Yann has completed the STEP Foundation Certificate and the Advanced Certificate in Trust Administration and Accounts.
Nathalie worked in Switzerland and France in WM industry as Finance and Trust Director, with KPMG and PwC as Auditor and AML Advisor. She holds a MSc in Engineering, MSc in International Economic Relations, STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and PPD In Financial Crime Compliance. She is TEP and Fellow ICA member.
After college, Irene Bryant worked for the Bank of Scotland in their Glasgow head office. She came to France in the early 1980s to learn French through working in hotels. Irene joined Landmark in 2003 initially working in administration and has since then worked in our treasury and compliance department.
Ian was born in England and moved to France as a child with his parents in 1979. After graduating from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, Ian joined Landmark in 1997, where he looks after the IT infrastructure.
After graduating from the College de Monte Carlo, Valerie Adams spent a year in the United Kingdom to improve her English. She spent the next 20 years working in the United States in various administrative roles and joined Landmark in 2006 after returning to region.
